RESEARCH & RESOURCE'S

Kawach Foundation is dedicated to advancing public health through focused research that translates into direct community benefit.

Endemic Disease Research: Root Cause Investigations

Our approach to endemic disease research is comprehensive and field-based. We don't just treat the symptoms—we actively seek the root causes of prevalent health conditions in our region. This involves conducting several surveys and health camps across different geographic areas.

A critical component of this research is studying the intricate details of community lifestyle. We investigate what people eat, where they source their food, and how they cook it. By studying these lifestyle factors—along with environmental and demographic data—we gather holistic insights essential for effective prevention.

We are excited to announce the forthcoming results from our research initiative, "Kawach" (Shield). The Kawach study will soon demonstrate the profound impact of lifestyle changes on overall health outcomes, providing evidence-based pathways for disease mitigation and improved well-being.

Women's Health Research: Life's Milestones and Environment

A significant portion of our effort is dedicated to understanding and improving women's health. We recognize that women are the pillars of the family, yet their health is often uniquely compromised by hormonal changes and different social factors throughout their lives.

Our research investigates how various elements impact women's well-being, specifically focusing on:

  • Diet and Nutrition: The role of food in maintaining health across different life stages.

  • Menstrual Hygiene Practices: The influence of what products are used during periods.

  • Social and Domestic Environment: How women are treated and the impact of the home environment.

Through our groundbreaking "Kavach" (Shield) initiative, we are undertaking a detailed survey to fully understand these critical, yet often overlooked, factors. The Kavach study is designed to generate powerful, evidence-based data that will make the world aware of how the home environment and lifestyle practices profoundly change the health conditions of women.

These research efforts underscore our commitment to evidence-based clinical practice, innovation, and direct community engagement.
